Earn tax-free

Thanks to the room-rental exemption, in 2026 hosts can earn up to €6,633 per year tax-free from room rental, as long as you stay below that amount and meet the conditions. For exactly how it works, see Room-rental tax exemption.

Allowances, municipality and mortgage
