How do contracts via Hospi Housing work?

Don't feel like drawing up a rental contract yourself, or not sure where to start or what to look out for? No worries. Hospi Housing sets you up with a correct, legally sound contract.

What do we do?

• Standard contract: We provide a hospita contract template that meets all legal requirements.
• Personally customized: The contract is filled in with the specific details of your situation: rent price, start date, house rules, and other agreements.
• Explanation: We explain all parts of the contract so you know exactly what you're signing.

What's in the contract?

The hospita contract includes:

• Details of host and tenant
• Description of the room and shared spaces
• Rent price and what's included
• Start date and the 9-month trial period
• Deposit amount and conditions
• Notice periods
• House rules

Digital signing

As soon as you've found a suitable candidate, you can offer them a contract, right from your chat with that candidate. We've already filled in most of the details for you; you only need to check them, add anything that's missing, and sign digitally. Then you send it to your tenant with a single click. Once your tenant has signed too, you can download both contracts from your Tenants overview, in both Dutch and English!
