Can I use my own contract?

Yes. Alongside Hospi Housing's ready-made contracts, you can also upload your own rental contract. Handy if you already use a fixed template or have specific arrangements in place.

How it works

1. On the contract, open the option to change the contract type and choose 'Use my own contract'.
2. Upload your document. We automatically add the logo and set up digital signing.
3. Check the details and offer the contract to your tenant in one click, just like our own contracts.

Good to know

• PDF only. For now we support PDF files only. Have a Word document (DOCX)? Save it as a PDF first and upload that.
• Experimental feature. This feature is new and still under active development. If something doesn't work as expected, email us at info@hospihousing.com and we'll help you out quickly.
• You remain responsible for the content and legal accuracy of a contract you supply yourself.
