Independent – indefinite
A self-contained dwelling has its own entrance and its own facilities, such as a private kitchen and bathroom. With this contract type you rent it out for an indefinite period: there's no fixed end date.
What this means
- Strong rent protection: The tenant has regular rent protection from the start. You can only end the contract on legal grounds, such as urgent personal use.
- No end date: The contract runs until one of the parties gives notice in line with the rules.
- A separate household: Suitable when the tenant lives fully independently from you.
