Leaving a review

Once a rental period ends, you can leave a review about your host or tenant. These reviews are an important part of our community: they help others make good decisions and keep the quality of the platform high.

How does it work?

1. Invitation: After a rental period ends, both the host and the tenant get an invitation to leave a review.
2. Rating: Give a star rating and write a few words about your experience.
3. Publication: The review appears on the reviewed person's profile.

Why are reviews important?

• Trust: Reviews give new users insight into others' experiences
• Quality: Hosts with good reviews attract suitable tenants faster
• Reference: As a tenant, positive reviews serve as references for future hosts

Think a review is unfair or incorrect? Contact our team. We'll look into it and can remove unjustified reviews. Note: we only remove reviews that breach our guidelines, not simply because you disagree with them.
