Manage your account

Your Hospi Housing account is your central hub for everything: your profile, messages, listings and settings. Here's how to manage it.

Logging in

Log in at hospihousing.com with the email address you signed up with. Forgotten your password? Click 'Forgot password' on the login page and follow the steps to set a new one.

Editing your profile

You can update your profile at any time from your account:

• Profile photo: Upload a new photo or replace your current one
• About you: Update your description
• Preferences: Update what you're looking for or offering
• Study/work: Keep your situation current

Account settings

• Change email: Go to settings and enter your new email address. You'll receive a confirmation email
• Change password: Choose a strong password of at least 8 characters
• Notifications: Decide which notifications you'd like to receive
• Language: Switch between Dutch and English

Managing your listing (hosts)

If you're a host, you also manage your rooms and listings from your account. You can:

• Add new rooms
• Edit existing listings
• Toggle availability on and off
• View responses and messages
