Want to delete your account or make a request about your personal data? Here's how it works.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in two ways:

1. Via account settings: Go to settings and click 'Delete account'. Follow the steps to confirm the deletion
2. Via our team: Email our support team to ask us to delete your account

What happens when you delete?

• Your profile, messages and listings are removed
• Active matches are ended, so let your host or tenant know beforehand
• Deletion is permanent and can't be undone
• Some data we're legally required to keep (e.g. contract information), which will be anonymised

Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access: Request what data we store about you
• Correction: Have incorrect data corrected
• Deletion: Have your data deleted (right to be forgotten)
• Portability: Receive your data in a readable format
• Objection: Object to certain forms of processing

How to submit a request

Send your data request to our team via our contact page. Be clear about which right you'd like to exercise. We'll handle your request within 30 days, as required by law.
