Login problems

I can't log in

• Check that you're using the right email address (the one you signed up with)
• Check that Caps Lock is off
• Click 'Forgot password' to set a new one
• Look in your spam folder for the reset email

I'm not receiving the reset email

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Wait a few minutes, sometimes it takes a moment
• Try again with the same email address
• Still no luck? Contact us

Page won't load or isn't working

• Refresh the page: Press Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
• Clear your browser cache: Go to your browser settings and clear cache and cookies
• Try a different browser: Sometimes that's all it takes
• Check your internet: Make sure your connection is stable
• Disable extensions: Ad blockers or other browser extensions can sometimes cause problems

Can't upload photos

• Check the file format (JPG and PNG are supported)
• Check the file size (max 10MB per photo)
• Resize the photo if it's too large
• Still failing? Try a different browser

Messages not arriving

• Refresh the page
• Check that your notification settings are on
• Check whether the message is in a different conversation
