As a partner, you can refer room seekers and potential hosts directly to Hospi Housing. We take the intake process off your hands and make sure the transition runs smoothly.

Referring room seekers

Have clients, participants, or residents looking for a room? There are several ways to refer them to us:

• via a direct link to our platform
• via a separate partner portal (available for larger partnerships)
• by sharing contact details (with the candidate's consent)

Room seekers then create a profile and are matched with available hosts in the region.

Referring hosts

Know residents who'd like to offer a room? Feel free to refer them to us:

1. The resident signs up via the platform or our partner link
2. We schedule an intake meeting (via the platform)
3. During the intake, we discuss the home, the expectations, and the process
4. After approval, the listing is published

What does the intake involve?

The intake is a personal conversation (by phone or video) in which we:

• assess whether the home and room are suitable
• discuss the host's expectations and motivation
• explain the process from A to Z
• answer any questions
