Keeping availability up to date

It's important that your availability is always accurate:

• Space rented out? Set your listing to 'not available' as soon as you've found a tenant.
• Space available again? Reactivate your listing as soon as the room becomes available.
• Availability date: Indicate from when the room is available, so seekers know if it fits their timeline.

Multiple rooms

Have more than one room or space available? You can create and manage multiple listings from one account. For each listing you can add your own photos, update availability, or set preferences for tenants.

Adjusting your listing

You can adjust your listing at any time:

• Add or replace photos
• Edit description and house rules
• Adjust rent price
