Renting out in Goes

Goes is the bustling retail and service heart of De Bevelanden in Zeeland, with around 38,000 residents. It isn't a university city, so student demand is modest; many housing seekers find their way via the regional portal zuidwestwonen.nl. Even so, there is a need here too for flexible housing.

Hospita rental: national rules apply

Goes has not published its own detailed room-rental policy. For hospita rental the national arrangement therefore applies: if you live in the home yourself and rent one room to one person, a permit is usually not needed. Always record a written rental contract.

Renting to more people

Converting a home into rooms or renting to several people may require an environmental permit. Because Goes publishes little specific on this, we recommend checking with the municipality in advance what is possible at your address.
