Throughout the partnership, we follow a structured evaluation cycle:

1. Monitor: we track results continuously and spot trends
2. Evaluate: periodic evaluation meetings with your dedicated contact person
3. Adjust: based on the insights, we adapt the campaign or approach
4. Scale: what works, we expand

What do we optimise?

• Campaign effectiveness: which channels and messages deliver the most hosts?
• Match quality: how can we improve matches? Are there patterns in successful pairings?
• Process: are there steps that could be faster or better?
• Communication: are we reaching the right audience with the right message?

Knowledge sharing
