Are you looking for housing, or do you want to rent it out? At Hospi Housing you get the best of both worlds. On one hand a smart, automated platform where you arrange almost everything yourself, whenever it suits you. On the other, a dedicated team that's always there the moment you have a question or want to talk something through. Below we explain step by step how it works.

For hosts and landlords

1. Sign up for free: Create an account at hospihousing.com at no cost. The platform is free to use, and that's special: on most websites you need a paid account just to send messages. Not with us. You list your space and chat with candidates without it costing you a thing.
2. Create your profile & listing: Tell us who you are, add clear photos and set your expectations and house rules. The more complete your profile and listing, the better the match.
3. Schedule your intake: Easily book your personal intake interview through the platform. You manage that appointment yourself in your profile, so you can move it to a later moment and always keep an overview. During the intake we discuss your home, your motivation and your expectations. If it goes well, you're verified.
4. Receive responses: Once your listing is live, housing seekers can send a message request with a personal motivation. You get a notification and calmly look at who suits you.
5. Chat & view: Get to know candidates through the secure chat and invite your favourites for a viewing.
6. Match & contract: Found what you were looking for? Then we help you with a correct rental contract. For you as a host or landlord, that's completely free.

For tenants

1. Sign up for free: Creating an account costs nothing. And unlike many other platforms, with us you can respond and chat with hosts even without a paid subscription.
2. Create your profile: Show who you are, tell us what you're looking for and upload a clear profile photo. A complete, personal profile dramatically increases your chances. A host is choosing a housemate, after all, not a file.
3. Search for housing: With the interactive map and filters you'll quickly find available housing in your area.
4. Respond & chat: Found something you like? Send the host a message request with a short, personal motivation and start the conversation.
5. View: Schedule a viewing to meet both the space and your potential housemate. A good feeling matters just as much as the room itself.
6. Match & contract: Click on both sides? Then we arrange the contract. You make a one-time €295 payment for our rental support services, and only once you've actually found a place. No match, no costs.

And afterwards, we stay involved

It's during the rental period that you really notice the difference with an ordinary listing site. We check in regularly to hear how things are going, think along when you have questions or a conflict, and guide you through everything involved in ending the rental, from returning the deposit and the final inspection to deregistering at the municipality. You're never on your own.
