Tip 1: Learn from previous rental experiences

Every tenant and each rental period is different. Some tenants you will never forget and some.. you rather would;) Consider what you liked and what you didn’t, so you can choose better next time.

Tip 2: Start searching early

You can never start too early. The more time you take, the more candidates you can choose from, and the greater your chances of a suitable match. Publish your ad 2 to 3 months in advance to increase your chances of matching with a suitable candidate.

Tip 3: Search in the right period

Many students are looking for housing at the start of a new semester. Between May and August and November and January, you will get the most responses. Accept a chat request from the candidates you want to connect with.

Tip 4: Update your ad

Have you made adjustments to the space you want to rent? Add new photos, update the rental price, and check the descriptions of your profile and ad. Tip 5: Set the right search criteria

You learn as a host each time you rent. Modify your search criteria based on the type of tenant you are looking for. Adjust the availability dates and publish the ad so that candidates can express their interest.
