The house is 10 minutes cycling to Utrecht Science Park and to the city center. You would stay in the largest en nicest room on the second floor on the south side, so warm and light. There are kitchen facilities available. The bathroom with toilet that we share are on the first floor. You may also use the common garden (see picture taken from the attic room).
