The house is located in the former village De Meern, annexed by Utrecht. The chararcter of the village is still there, Within 20-30 minutes you can reach de old Town of Utrecht en with 10 more minutes you will reach De Uithof (Science Park) . Every 10 minutes there is a Bus to the central station. Nearest busstop is 3 minutes from the house. By bike Utrecht is easily reachable. We live in Holland so not always nice weather to use a bike. Nearest (smal) mall is 5 minutes walk. The neighborhood is very quiet. We have to share the main entrance, we have to use together. The room is on the second floor with your own bathroom (shower). The toilet on the first floor we have to share. TV-set, Wifi, wardrobe (big), sofa, cooking-facilities, fridge (See pictures) We only rent for 3 up to 6 months. We are hospitable, open but prefer to make clear appointments to make live together for everyone easy and comfortable.
