Your private room of 20 m2 (+) consists of two parts, half to sit and study the other to sleep (there is a large double bed). You have a lot of (build in) closets. The bed has a nice green view of the park. Your (totally private) room is half of the attic. The other half with a couch, table and kitchen (15m2) are almost private, but our cats (playfull still) will walk in and out! I only keep stuff there which every now & then I need to use. I have a private shower normally at your private disposure, but it needs to be renovated, so maybe later again. The house is close to the railwaystation and next to the main parc of Groningen (Stadspark). The center is a 10 to 15 minute walk NB my attick is occupied till the end of september! Because uni starts in september I am willing to temporarily have you as my guest in the red and white room with the balcony (on the South West, with sun in the afternoon and evening): seen in the last 3 pictures
