We live in a prime location in the city center; the building is monumental and spacious. All practical and cultural amenities are within walking distance. Next to the house is a city park, and on the other side are the cinema, cafes, and restaurants. The main shopping street is a 1-minute walk away, and the supermarkets are 5 minutes away. You have a room and a bathroom at your disposal. You sleep on a mezzanine. Another tenant is currently living in the room next to yours. She will stay until early 2027. You share a bathroom and refrigerator with her. You make use of our washing machine and kitchen facilities. There are two generous dining tables, one in the eat-in kitchen and one in the conservatory, so there are plenty of opportunities to eat in privacy. You will have to deal with two sweet dogs who will welcome you exuberantly when you arrive home. You can also make use of the garden.
