A cozy studio is becoming available on a lovely houseboat in a quiet neighborhood of Rotterdam. Here, you will enjoy a wonderfully peaceful life on the water, while the city remains close by. The studio has its own private entrance, providing you with a pleasant degree of independence and privacy. The studio consists of two rooms. The first room (approximately 11 m2) is the living/bedroom and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and a small seating area. The room has blackout roller blinds and a lamp, and there is a curtain rail on the ceiling if you wish to hang curtains yourself. You are, of course, free to decorate the room to your own taste or add furniture, provided that basic furnishings are present upon departure. The second room (approximately 13 m2) features a spacious shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a cupboard containing a washing machine and a small kitchenette with a fridge-freezer. The kitchenette is equipped with basic necessities such as a microwave, coffee and tea maker, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Cooking takes place in the shared kitchen. This is spaciously laid out, and the dining table and two seating areas are located here. In the summer, you can also make use of the adjacent waterside terrace with seating and a barbecue – a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy the water.
