Large room on the second floor of the house. There is a bathroom with toilet on the first floor and a second toilet on the ground floor. The city center is about 10 minutes by bike and there are bus stations within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The closest supermarket is around 20 minutes walk. It is a quiet neighbourhood in the north of Groningen, inhabitants are mostly families with (young) childrens. It is close to the green- and sports area of Kardinge and it is quite easy to reach nature places outside the north side of the city.
