The house is close to the park, near Utrecht Zuilen station and the bus stop. The room is in the attic (without sloping walls), with large windows and extra sound insulation. It is at the back of the house, overlooking the inner courtyard. It has laminate flooring and is, of course, heated. There is a roller blind, bed, table, and a wardrobe (not yet pictured), as well as plenty of power outlets. On the same floor, there is a room with a private fridge with freezer compartment, 2 induction hobs, a kitchen cabinet for your belongings, and a shared washing machine. That room is 90% for your exclusive use; otherwise, it is used by us only for the washing machine and a bit of storage. There is a sink in the same room that is used exclusively by you. The shower and toilet are shared on a different floor. Additional costs are paid afterwards based on gas and electricity consumption. I am looking for a tenant who can babysit occasionally (approximately 8 hours per week) and flexibly when I still need to work, exercise, or go out. My two sons are 9 and 12, so they are at school and after-school care during the day. We determine the babysitting times together in consultation. This mainly involves the afternoon, evening, and possibly the weekend. For example, helping with homework from 4 pm, cycling along with a child once in a while, playing a game after school, cooking for the children once, or helping with bedtime.
