Room available April–July The accommodation offers a bright and spacious main room of 20 square meters, along with a second room of 15 square meters that can be used as a comfortable study or work space. Both rooms are fully furnished, making it easy to feel at home right away. You are welcome to enjoy all shared facilities, including a newly renovated bathroom, a cosy living and dining room with a TV and most popular streaming services (where you can add your own profile), as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities. Wi-Fi is included. In addition, the home offers laundry facilities, a lovely garden, and a shed where you can store your bike safely and dry. There is also a cat who roams freely in and outside the house and, on rare occasions, may allow itself to be petted 😉. A Warm Home in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood with space to live & relax. By bike, you are approximately 5-10 minutes from Arnhem South Station, from where you can reach the city centre in about 5 minutes or Nijmegen in around 10 minutes by train. There is also a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the house. Nature is close by, making it easy to enjoy a walk outdoors. Nearby, you’ll also find a lovely beach and park area with a large lake, as well as a free outdoor sports park — perfect for relaxing, exercising, or enjoying the surroundings.
