There are 3 bedrooms on a private floor with a large bathroom next to it. Two rooms are available for students and one may occasionally be used by friends or family for some days in a year. The room has a bed, chair, wardrobe ,desk table, WiFi and TV. There is extra infrared panel heating. My private bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The neigbourhood is green and quiet. There is a small but complete indoor shopping center a 10 minute walk from the house. The bus stop is 3 minutes away and takes you to Eindhoven university in 10 minutes in rush hours every half hour otherwise every hour. Or cycling for 20 minutes. Another regulair bus 20 minutes walk from here every 20 minutes to Eindhoven central station.
