Room of 10 m² in Rhoon, furnished, available from 1 January 2027, €690/month, with a live-in host.
This room is perfectly suited for anyone seeking a quiet environment to study. The room is located on the 2nd floor of our large, modern home. There are three of us living here: father, mother, and son. One room has already been rented to a student from Indonesia. I work from home for my own business, and my wife is a nurse in elderly care. Our son is 20 and has just completed his vocational education. Because my wife is also from Indonesia, we have a strong preference for an Asian student. We are sociable and very committed to our roommates. Sometimes we do things together, such as going on outings. You will become part of the family. And by public transport, you can be in Rotterdam city center within 30 minutes.
The wife works in care, the husband works for his own company, and the son is 20. A room has already been rented to an Indonesian student.
