Our house in Amsterdam IJburg is located on a quiet street, surrounded by water and greenery. It's a safe and pleasant neighborhood to live in, with a supermarket and various shops within walking distance. The tram stop is within walking distance (about 8 minutes) and takes you to Amsterdam Central Station in 20 minutes. It's about a 35-minute bike ride away. We are a family of four and live in the house above the studio. The modern, comfortable studio has its own entrance through the adjacent garage. It's also accessible via the shared entrance, which you can reach downstairs by stairs. So you have your own space in the house. The studio is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
