Hi, we are Jurriaan and Marlou and live in beautiful Alkmaar in a single-family home where we have a room available for rent. We really enjoy meeting new people and helping with accommodation given the housing shortage. About us: we are tidy, quiet, non-smokers, clean, and find it important that our house remains neat and well-maintained. We have a lovely front and back garden with the park around the corner. Shopping center within walking distance. Bus stop around the corner. Additionally, 2 train stations within cycling distance. We love walking in the area ourselves, but the forest, dunes, and beach are also not far from here. As a tenant, we are looking for a quiet person who is clean, non-smoking, and considerate of one another. Registration is possible.
