Located within a 7-minute bike ride to Eindhoven city center, and a large park is just around the corner from my street. The bus stop is also around the corner. It is a very sweet little neighborhood with all kinds of residents, young and old, and everyone respects each other. We absolutely do not want any noise. You will get an attic room with two separate single beds, one of which you can use as a sofa. There is already a desk; it might be handy if you bring an extra desk. There is electricity, and you will need extension cords. Furthermore, there is a spacious wardrobe in the room, a nightstand with drawers, and an extra small wall cabinet. You may use my kitchen (including pots, pans, etc.), the dishwasher, part of the refrigerator, a small storage area for your own supplies in the kitchen, and use of a shared bathroom. I value cleanliness highly, so I expect the same from you. A cleaning lady comes every two weeks to clean. However, you will also be responsible for keeping your own room clean. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are available. No smoking inside and no drug use.
