Hi! I am a working professional living in a modern, well-maintained 75m² apartment in the center of Zaandam, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. I work as a Quality Control Associate. Because I work shift hours, maintaining a quiet, clean, peaceful, and well-organized environment at home is essential for me. I am looking to share my home with a tidy, respectful, and quiet working female professional. About the Home & Room: > Fully furnished 75m² apartment with modern amenities. > Private bedroom furnished with a comfortable bed and wardrobe. > Excellent central location with quick access to public transport (Amsterdam Central is easily reachable by train). Household Expectations: > Working Female Only: I am strictly looking for an employed female professional. > Peace & Quiet: Since I work shifts, quiet hours and a calm atmosphere are very important. > Cleanliness: Keeping common areas clean and tidy is a shared priority. > Trial Period: To ensure we are a good match living together, I prefer starting with a 1-month trial period, with the option to extend for longer term if mutually agreed. If you are a responsible, working female looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home, please feel free to get in touch!
