We offer a fully furnished room (for an international student) in our beautiful monumental townhouse, located in one of Tilburg’s most charming streets. This home was the very first house built in this street, constructed in 1876 by the mayor of Tilburg at the time—giving it a truly special character and story. Located just a 2-minute walk from Tilburg Central Station and the City Center, it’s the perfect base for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of history. The room, of 20 m2, is situated on the second floor and comes with access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. The entrance, staircase and washing room (on the first floor) are shared with the homeowners, who live on the ground and first floor and maintain a warm, respectful environment. If you're looking for a centrally located, safe, and uniquely historic place to call home during your stay in Tilburg, this is the perfect spot. P.S. We are looking to rent out the room for a minimum period of one year and, unfortunately, cannot offer shorter stays of just a few months.
