About a 15-minute bike ride to the city center and university, a 30-minute bike ride to Zernike campus, a 5-minute bike ride from the train station, a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, close to several shops and supermarkets. Nice green and safe street. Bicycle can be stored indoors. Bathroom and toilet are shared. Due to the washing machine and dryer in the attic, I will coordinate with the tenant regarding when I can use them. We are looking for a quiet and friendly tenant who takes into account the schedules of a family. No smoking, no perfume due to asthma. It would be nice if we could speak English with each other. We speak Dutch, English, a little German, and a little Spanish (and French). Due to the composition of our family, we are looking for a female tenant. We are a friendly and quiet family, consisting of a mother and two daughters in high school.
