The house is a spacious property that I bought in August 2025, and I have been gradually renovating and improving it since then. The bathroom and toilet are completely new, and I’ve made the rest of the house comfortable and homely. Your room is fully furnished, and we can look at options to personalize it temporarily to make it feel more like your own. By the time you move in, there are no major renovations planned—so it’s simply a finished and comfortable home. The room is located at the front of the house, on a somewhat busy street. This means it’s lively, but in return you’ll be living in a very central location: close to a large shopping center and within walking distance of the metro (about 5 minutes). From there, you can easily reach the center of Rotterdam or even travel directly to The Hague. We also have a garden. It might not be the coziest spot just yet (a big lack of plants), but it’s definitely suitable for a BBQ or to sit outside when the weather is nice.
