You will have your own bedroom in a 3 bedroom house in Sittard with shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room. You will be sharing the house with me and my 19 year old son (who is not around much). Your room has 4 windows with coverings and bed linen is provided (if desired). Suitable for students studying in Sittard, Maastricht, Heerlen or Roermond. The train journey to Maastricht takes around 25 minutes. The house is in a quiet street and area and you can reach the station by bicycle within 6 minutes. There is free parking on the street and you can park your bike safely in the locked garage. The city of Sittard can be accessed within 6 minutes and shops are 5 minutes away. You are welcome to relax in the garden. Wifi and all household amenities are included.
