Beautiful, large, bright, furnished attic space with a kitchenette and hot and cold water. Couch, TV, bed, table/desk with (office) chair, wardrobe, bookcase, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. A drying rack, basic kitchen utensils, bed linens, tea towels, and hand towels are provided. About a 10-15 minute bike ride to the city center and university, a 30-minute bike ride to Zernike campus, a 5-minute bike ride to the train station, and a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. Several shops and supermarkets are nearby. It's a pleasant, green, and safe street. Bicycles can be parked indoors. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Due to the washing machine and dryer in the attic, I will coordinate with the tenant when I can use them. We are looking for a quiet and friendly tenant who is considerate of a family's schedule. No smoking, no perfume due to asthma. It would be helpful if we could speak English. We speak Dutch, English, and a little French and Spanish.
