My girlfriend visits occasionally. I am offering 2 neat rooms with private kitchens for rent and am looking for a nice tenant who values peace and quiet and a well-maintained living environment. I am preferably looking for a quiet and tidy person. Occasional visits are not a problem, but overnight stays for visitors are not permitted. In the winter, the temperature in the house is approximately 17 degrees, which is comfortable for me. After 8:30 PM, I ask that there be no loud noises so that it remains quiet for everyone. One room currently has a red wall. If you would prefer to see it differently, the tenant may repaint it in a lighter color in consultation with you.
