Hey room seekers, I have spare space in my house that is uninviting and a waste. It concerns a large, bright "living attic" with windows on two sides, measuring 15 square meters, which currently houses a double sofa bed, a table, a TV, and my bookcases. On the first floor, there is a lockable bedroom of approximately 10 square meters. The kitchen, garden, and bathroom are for shared use, as are the washing machine and dryer. The spaces can be furnished in consultation with the client, including wardrobes, a single bed, and a desk. Blinds are present, the rooms look fine, and the laminate flooring is clean; you can move right in. It might be handy if you bring your own small fridge; there is plenty of room for that upstairs.
