The room is available exclusively for an international student. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood bordering a public park. There are many trees and plants in the area. A pleasant covered shopping center is located a few minutes' walk away. There is also a daily market there. The property is easily accessible by public transport. Two trams and various buses stop here. The city center can be reached in less than 30 minutes by public transport or bicycle. A washing machine and dryer are available. Initially, I will do the laundry, but the tenant may do it themselves later. I expect the tenant not to smoke inside the house or on the landing. I also expect the tenant not to use any drugs at all.
