In the pleasant eastern parts of town, on a park lies my over 115-years old house full of characteristic and original details. The cosy room is on the second floor overlooking the park. It is fully furnished and the single bed is 1.90m long. Next to it is a bathroom with toilet, that is shared on an irregular basis. And on the same floor is a small room with washing machine and ironing board (to be shared), a fridge and a kettle. The house is rather cool, down to soaring energy prices, and a careful use of heating and electricity is expected. After isolation of the walls, the room is now being painted. The shared kitchen is two flights of stairs down. Through there one gets in to the garden . House and garden are non-smoking The house is a ten minutes bicycle ride away from De Uithof, Utrecht Science Center. It is also a ten minutes ride to the city center and to the central railway station. Around the corner are a busstop and shops, incl a supermarket. A well equiped bike is available after paying a seperate deposit.
