I am currently looking for one quiet, tidy, and reliable housemate for a room in a 2-person apartment in Amsterdam Southeast. I do not live there yet, but will be moving into the apartment myself soon. The apartment has two bedrooms. You will share the apartment with me only. We share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, and garden. The room will be prepared for one person and can be furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and desk. I find it important that the home remains quiet and tidy. So, not a party house, but simply a nice place where you can talk normally with each other and respect each other's privacy. The room is currently occupied, which is why there are no actual empty photos available yet. Any images of the empty room may be created using AI visualizations to give an impression of the space.
