In a detached new-build home, I am offering a quiet room with its own kitchen. You will share the bathroom shower and two toilets with me as the landlord. The room is located on the side of the house and is separated from the rest of the home by the hallway. From the room, you have a view of the garden. I am making a small part of the garden available with the room so that you can also enjoy sitting outside. I am a 35-year-old woman and work from home, so I am almost always at home. I really love peace and privacy, but I am certainly open to social contact. The house is clean and tidy, so I am looking for a neat, quiet housemate.
Private: Kitchen, Furnished room, Internet/Wi-Fi, Sink.
