The room has a 35m2 living room with kitchen and a separate 12m2 bedroom. Me and my girlfriend lived here comfortably together. 2 people can register at this adress for this room. At the same (second) floor there's a rooftop terrace for common use (but often you'll have it to yourself). There are 2 separate showers and 2 separate toilets which are shared with the rest of the tenants. Also there are 2 washing machines in the common space. In total there are 11 rooms in the house. Some of them are open to chill sometimes if you're looking for that, and some of them you will rarely see (you can easily be one of them if you're looking for that). Most of the tenants are working and some are finishing their studies. Because of the very different rhythms that everyone has, the toilets and showers are never both occupied when you need them. You live above a small supermarket and across from a very nice Gyros snackbar. The water at 'de munt' where many people swim is at one minute walking distance. Also there is a kitten in the house, she lives at the floor below but she might walk around the house sometimes and may be cuddled with.
