The apartment you have to yourself consists of a 35 m2 living room with a kitchen and a separate 12 m2 bedroom. Two people can be registered at this address for this apartment. My girlfriend and I have lived here comfortably as a couple. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, and on the same floor there is a rooftop terrace for communal use (though you often have it to yourself). There are a total of 11 apartments in the building. There are two separate showers and two separate toilets that you share with the other residents. There are also two washing machines in the common area. Some residents are open to socializing if that is what you like, while others you rarely see (you could easily be one of them if you wish). Most residents work, and a number are nearing the end of their studies. You live above a small supermarket and across from a very tasty gyros shop.
