We are quite inclusive and open minded people, but in case of bad behavior your contract will be ended prematurely with notification. The best time to start is today. The room * Room in quiet, spacious house and in green neighborhood, much privacy. * Own waterfountain in room. * Comes with living address registration. * Located at 1st or 2nd floor (reachable by stairs) [there are 2 rooms that are rented out each to 1 person]. * For 1 clean person only (non-smoking & non-drinking, and not allergic to our short-hair house cat). * Rented without furniture. * Size ~16m2 (~3.5 X 4.5). * Easily fits a working desk, single person bed, cupboard and a relaxing chair. The house * Spacious house with back- and front garden, sunny large balcony. * Shared use of many spaces like front/backyard, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. * House is shared with 1 or 2 other people like you (plus the owner). * Multiple toilets. * There is a separate fridge/freezer for the renters. * Ability to store your (motor/e)bike or scooter in the indoor garage. * We have a quiet house cat. * Non-smoking, no drugs and no candles. Connectivity * Free car parking in the street (bikes fit in the indoor garage) * Highway exit to Rotterdam, Gouda, Utrecht and the Hague. * Bus 190 to Rotterdam Alexander (10min) stops around the corner. * Train station with direct connection to Rotterdam Alexander (5 mins), Rotterdam Centraal (15 mins) & Amsterdam Centraal (55 mins). * In summer only 10 mins bike to the sunny beach at Rotterdam Nesselande! * Grocery store and post office around the corner.
