Attic room in a terraced house in the Maaspoort district of Den Bosch. 15 minutes by bike or bus to the city center and Den Bosch station (then 25 minutes to Eindhoven or 15 minutes to Tilburg). At the moment, I (owner, 59) live alone in the house. Friendly neighborhood, attic room on the top floor with a sloping roof and a large Velux skylight. (It can be warm in the summer.) In the past, I have had Spanish, Polish, Indian, and Dutch students. Cleaning the common areas is a requirement (monthly). The kitchen downstairs is shared; please leave it clean after use. A private refrigerator is available if needed. The end date can be August 31, 2027, or August 31, 2028. As a tenant, you can always leave earlier with a notice period of 1 or 2 months (preferably a period of at least 1 year). I am preferably looking for a student who is mainly present during the week. On weekends (or during holiday periods) you sometimes or usually stay with parents or friends. Of course, you can always use your room, but personally, I use the house more on weekends.
