The room is spacious enough to serve as both a bedroom and a living area. It is furnished with a double bed, sofa, desk and chair, large wardrobe, bookshelves, and a sink. Two large west-facing windows provide plenty of natural light, with afternoon and evening sunshine. The room is located on the first floor and comes with a private bathroom on the same floor, including a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available for use on the second floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor during agreed meal-preparation times (typically around 30 minutes for breakfast and up to one hour for dinner). I live alone, although my three adult children occasionally visit and stay in two separate rooms on the first floor. I value a calm and comfortable home environment. Please note that the living room and garden are private areas and are not included in the rental. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, several bus lines, and a train station.
