It can be used, but I can also place it in another room. Adjusting the furnishings is possible in consultation, at your own expense. My house is located in the Wandelbos. The area is very green, and a bus stop and a small shopping center with 2 supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. The university and university station are a 10-minute bike ride away. There is a locked garage/shed where bicycles can be stored. I have a green garden that is lovely to sit in. I have an open kitchen and enjoy eating together. If we are not eating together, we need to coordinate carefully who wants to use the kitchen and when. I appreciate it when communication flows smoothly.
