Cozy, recently renovated, furnished room of approximately 20 m2, with a comfortable double bed and its own equipped kitchen. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from the station, the university and the city center and is also easily accessible by public transport. The house borders the Goffert Park. In the shared bathroom you will find a bath, shower, sink and toilet. The other areas are private for me and my 5-year-old son. Kids make noise, even early in the morning. The room is insulated but sleeping in can be a challenge! Our other housemate is a cat. She is also curious and loves to cuddle and eat. If you don't like children or animals, this room is not suitable for you. My son will find you and ask to play :) He sleeps at 8 p.m. Feel free to walk in and out, but please be respectful and quiet in the evening.
