Getting started is simple, and you only pay for what you need at each stage.

Start with a Premium account

While you are searching, activate a Premium account for €15 per month. You get instant notifications, unlimited chat requests and a stronger profile, so you find a home faster. Cancel any time with one month notice.

Activate the Membership when you sign

When you sign a rental contract through Hospi Housing, you activate the annual Membership (€295 per year). This covers all our rental services: contract handling, deposit management and personal support during your stay. The Premium months you have already paid are deducted, so nothing is wasted.

Why it is worth it

The Membership is your safety net for the whole rental: secure deposit and rent handling, a three-month housing guarantee for homestay rentals, dispute mediation and personal support whenever you need it. You are never on your own.
