End membership

You are always in control of your membership, and you can cancel from your account.

Cancelling a Premium account

You can cancel your Premium account at any time with one month notice. Your benefits stay active until the end of your billing period, after which your account becomes free again.

Cancelling the Membership

The first year of the annual Membership runs from your rental start date and is fixed. This is the period in which we fully support your rental. After the first year, the Membership renews automatically and can be cancelled with one month notice.

What you would be giving up

While your Membership is active, you keep our full protection: secure deposit and rent handling, the three-month housing guarantee for homestay rentals, dispute mediation and personal support throughout your stay. As long as you rent through Hospi Housing, the Membership keeps you covered.
