What does Hospi Housing cost for tenants?
Creating an account and searching is free. You only pay a one-off brokerage fee on a successful match, so once you actually move in.
To keep listings safe and personal, we only show verified homes to logged-in members. A free account is enough.
We check identity and the home before a listing goes live, so you know you're dealing with a real host or landlord.
Can I rent as an international student or worker?
Yes. Many hosts and landlords welcome internationals. You can keep your profile and communication fully in English.
What does it cost to rent out via Hospi?
Nothing. Listing, matching, the contract and deposit management are free for landlords. We charge no commission on the rent.
In most municipalities you may rent out one room without a permit. We know the local rules and check your situation before you start.
Always. We put forward suitable candidates from our network, you meet them and decide. Nothing happens without your yes.
You do, within what the law allows. We test the price against the points system and tell you if a listing goes above it.

What does home sharing bring municipalities and corporations?
