At Hospi Housing, everything revolves around finding the right match between hosts and tenants. We do this through a smart matching system that translates preferences into a match score. The better the match, the higher the score. Our matching takes into account factors such as:
- Age
- Gender
- Rent versus budget
- Availability period
- Desired level of privacy and independence
- Hobbies and lifestyle
Based on these preferences, we suggest suitable tenants and show you how well they match your listing. This way you directly see who would be a good match. Additionally you can check the personal description of candidates and their introduction message (in the chat request). All together this gives a good impression on who might be a suitable candidate for your available space.

Some preferences matter more than others. That’s why you can now define which tenant characteristics are essential for your listing. By setting these preferences, you decide who gets to see your ad and who can respond.
