This expansion allows more types of rentals on the platform and gives more people the opportunity to contribute to easing the housing shortage. For what type of landlords does Hospi Housing work?

How does Hospi Housing work for landlords?

1. Two registration paths: host or landlord

When creating an account, you simply choose the option that fits your situation:

Host - You live (mainly) in the property and rent out one or more rooms, or you temporarily rent out the entire place.

Landlord - You do not live in the property and rent out one or more units as an owner, agent, or property manager.

Registration is free in both cases, and both hosts and landlords receive personal support from Hospi Housing.

2. Creating a listing as a landlord
